PROBLEM
Thinking about carrying personal documents can be worrying when living in a city like Luanda. The fear of losing them makes us reconsider the hours that would be spent dealing with bureaucracy, delays, and so on. Identifying this problem, there was a need to rethink how we use personal documents in our daily lives with the necessary security and convenience. Thus, Cubaca emerged, a wallet for personal documents.
SOLUTION
First and foremost, we wanted to understand how people handled their documents in their daily lives, the risks they faced when not using them or when they lost them, and the logistics involved in retrieving or obtaining new documents. We sought a better understanding, so we used a tool to provide this overview.
We noticed some relevant points based on the persona that aligns with our needs.
